By accessing or using Paly AI Service, you acknowledge that you've read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Paly AI is a product offered by ZUUL AI ("Company"). Any references to "we", "our", or "us" in these Terms refer to ZUUL AI.

Paly AI provides an AI-powered task automation service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice. We encourage users to utilize the service responsibly and in alignment with all relevant laws. While we aim to offer our Service to users around the globe, please note that ZUUL AI is governed by the jurisdiction of India.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and are liable for activities conducted under their account.
4. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations
Paly AI offers various subscription plans. All charges are final and non-refundable due to the resource-intensive nature of the Service and the availability of a free plan. Users are requested try out the Free plan before deciding to subscribe to a paid plan. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, with the Service remaining active until the end of the paid period. 5. Content
Our service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material. You are responsible for the content that you post to the service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
6. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Paly AI and its licensors.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
While ZUUL AI always strives to provide the best possible experience with Paly AI, there might be unforeseen circumstances and technical glitches. In no such event shall Paly AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service. However, we assure you that we make every effort to ensure the safety and reliability of our Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
